Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, will conduct a 'Community Health Survey' until July 31.
Approximately 900 adults aged 19 and over, selected as sample households, will be visited in person for the survey.
The survey will cover a total of 17 areas and 145 questions, including ▲health behaviors (smoking, drinking, diet, etc.) ▲medical utilization ▲education and economic activities ▲quality of life ▲personal hygiene.
This survey is a nationally approved statistic that diagnoses the health level by identifying the current status of medical utilization among local residents and will be announced in December.
According to the Regional Health Act, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, 17 metropolitan cities and provinces, and 258 public health centers conduct this survey together every year.
