Uijeongbu Gosan Sujain DSTG was developed on three blocks (C1, C3, and C4 blocks) in the Gosan district, with a total of 2,407 households ranging from 69 to 125㎡ in exclusive area. It was constructed by Hanyang (C4 block) and Boseong Industry (C1 and C3 blocks). It is the largest and final complex to move in within the Gosan district, which began its first move-in in 2020.

The complex is designed mainly with southeast and southwest orientations and features a 4-bay slab-type layout for all households. The spacing between buildings is also generous. Storage spaces such as entrance closets, dressing rooms, and pantries are maximized according to each type.

Various community facilities tailored to the characteristics of each block stand out. Indoor golf practice rooms, fitness centers, GX rooms, and multipurpose gyms are provided, and on the ground level, there are children's playgrounds, a kids' mom center, and garden cafes.

Sujain's advanced systems have also been introduced. The residents-only smart home system, 'Sujain Life,' allows control of elevator calls, lighting, heating, ventilation systems, and gas shutoff through a smartphone app. Various convenience features, including lighting control, can be used via an artificial intelligence (AI) speaker. The Six Zone system, which creates a clean living environment by reducing fine dust, is also applied.

A Hanyang representative said, "Uijeongbu Gosan Sujain DSTG, as a flagship large complex representing the Gosan district, boasts a grand scale, sophisticated exterior, and excellent product quality," adding, "We will do our best to ensure residents can move in smoothly."
