Hamyang-gun Conducts Power Abuse Prevention Training for All Employees

Self-Diagnosis and Types of Gapjil, Prevention Methods, and Case Studies

On the afternoon of the 17th, Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam, conducted abuse of power prevention training for all public officials at the Culture and Arts Center Grand Performance Hall.

The training, held in two sessions, was led by Lee Hyun-sil, CEO of the professional organization "Wisdom of Humanity," covering topics such as self-diagnosis and types of abuse of power, prevention methods, and case studies.

Gyeongnam Hamyang-gun is conducting employee abuse prevention training by inviting Lee Hyun-sil, a representative of Wisdom of Humanity.

In particular, this training received great responses from attendees by providing various examples of workplace harassment that can frequently occur and conducting real-time Q&A using an anonymous bulletin board.

Jin Byeong-yeong, the county governor, stated, "To eliminate the harms of abuse of power, mutual respect, consideration, and efforts to communicate among members are absolutely necessary. Let us use today's training as an opportunity to reflect on ourselves and work together to create a warm organizational culture based on respect and consideration."

Hamyang-gun plans to continuously foster a warm organizational culture of respect and consideration by resolving conflicts between generations and ranks within the public service community.
