PHC Designated as a Non-Compliance Disclosure Corporation

The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced on the 17th that it will designate PHC as an unfaithful disclosure corporation for reversing the disclosure of a single sales and supply contract.

The designation date is May 18, and 13.5 penalty points were imposed. An additional fine of 54 million KRW was also imposed for the disclosure violation.
