NongHyup 'Yeongnonghoe' Members
Oh Ye-won, an advisor of the Gyeonggi Province Yeongyang County Hometown Association (former president of the Gyeonggi Province Yeongyang County Hometown Association), donated 5 million KRW in hometown love donations to Yeongyang County, and members of the Nonghyup Farming Association (President Choi Jin-su) visited Yeongyang County during the Wild Vegetable Festival period to deliver hometown love donations.
Advisor Oh Ye-won said, “I was planning to visit the Yeongyang Wild Vegetable Festival site to deliver the hometown love donation in person, but due to personal reasons, I could not participate in the on-site donation,” adding, “I find it meaningful to be able to help my hometown Yeongyang through participation in the hometown love donation system, and I will continue to support the development of my hometown.”
Choi Jin-su, president of the Nonghyup Central Association Rural Support Department, said, “I think it is very meaningful to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and regional development through participation in the hometown love donation system, and I hope that the system will be further activated to serve as a foundation for promoting the sales of our excellent agricultural products.”
Members of the Nonghyup Farming Association, composed of members from Yeongyang County, visited the hometown love donation promotion booth set up at the 18th Yeongyang Wild Vegetable Festival site, made donations on-site, exchanged gifts with our agricultural products, and did not forget to express their support for the hometown love donation system as well as their request to promote the consumption of our agricultural products.
County Governor Oh Do-chang said, “I appreciate the donation made to Yeongyang County, the hometown, in conjunction with the 18th Yeongyang Wild Vegetable Festival, and I ask for active participation in the hometown love donation from many people who love Yeongyang County.”
