Securing MTS Competitiveness through Personalized Content and Various Ordering Methods
Hyundai Motor Securities announced on the 16th that it has launched a new MTS called ‘Naeil,’ which is a renewal of the existing MTS ‘THE H Mobile,’ reflecting recent MTS trends.
The newly launched Hyundai Motor Securities MTS ‘Naeil’ is optimized to build an intuitive and simple user interface and experience (UI·UX). It also secures competitiveness of the MTS platform through personalized content and various order methods.
First, the home screen has been completely revamped to allow easy checking of investment and favorite stocks. The home screen is personalized to enable users to see daily market issue keywords at a glance. Naver and Toss authentication have been additionally introduced, and a multiple account opening function has been added to simplify the procedure so that various accounts can be opened at once.
In addition, ‘AI Investment Information,’ which provides real-time summary information such as stock-related breaking news, issues, disclosures, and patent-based analysis information, is also offered. Users can also check ‘HyunPort,’ which is a short and easy-to-read version of reports from Hyundai Motor Securities Research Center.
Order methods have been diversified to meet customer needs, including simple orders and automatic orders (installment purchase orders, split trading). A ‘Charge Purchase Amount’ function has also been added during transactions, allowing users to bring funds from Hyundai Motor Securities or other companies (open banking) if they wish to add purchase amounts at the transaction stage.
Customers currently using the existing Hyundai Motor Securities MTS ‘THE H Mobile’ must download the app anew to use the new MTS ‘Naeil.’
Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor Securities has prepared an opening event to celebrate the launch of the new MTS ‘Naeil.’ The event period runs until August 31, and the target customers are those who complete the opening of a digital RP-type CMA account and deposit 1 million KRW or more. All eligible customers will receive a Starbucks gifticon, and 0.1% of the average balance amount over six months (ranging from 1 million KRW to 1 billion KRW) will be paid as cashback.
Furthermore, until the end of June, an event is also underway where customers who trade domestic stocks on the new MTS ‘Naeil’ will receive 0.1% cashback on their monthly trading amount (ranging from 1 million KRW to 1 billion KRW).
