Jongkundang Industrial has expanded its business by acquiring the premium elderly nursing home 'Heritage Nursing Home'.

On the 15th, Jongkundang Industrial announced that it had completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of The Heritage Nursing Home and the premium nursing home ‘Heritage Nursing Home’.
Located in Geumgok-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province, Heritage Nursing Home is a specialized nursing facility with a total floor area of 8,765㎡ (approximately 2,650 pyeong), spanning from two basement levels to four above-ground floors. It has 146 beds, including 64 private beds and 82 public beds supported by long-term care insurance, where about 90 staff members are responsible for caring for the elderly. To respond promptly in emergencies, it has a linkage system with large hospitals, and operates a professional rehabilitation treatment center and nursing specialist room to provide appropriate treatment and rehabilitation according to the residents’ illnesses.
With this acquisition of Heritage Nursing Home, Jongkundang Industrial now operates a total of 230 beds in the metropolitan area, including the premium nursing home ‘Bellforest’. Jongkundang Industrial entered the nursing industry in September 2021 by opening the high-end premium nursing home Bellforest in Gangil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. It is described as a specialized nursing facility that provides rehabilitation treatment, nursing care, and life support services with a pleasant environment, state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and a systematic nursing system.
