The complex consists of 3 buildings from basement level 5 to 24 floors above ground, with a total of 415 units ranging from 67 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, of which 410 units will be sold.
In Gyeonggi Province, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for Jungang Heights Geumgwang Premium Apartments (41 households) in Seongnam City and Siheung Central Hessen, being constructed on B-1 block in Wolgot-dong, Siheung City. The complex consists of 7 buildings from basement level 3 to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 494 households ranging from 59 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, of which 38 households will be sold to the general public.
In the provinces, subscription applications will be accepted on the 17th for Samjung Green Core Wellrest (258 households) in Seongsan, Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province.
Winner announcements will be made for five locations, and official contracts will be conducted at five locations.
