EU Officially Announces "Korea-EU Summit in Seoul on the 22nd"

The Korea-European Union (EU) Summit will be held in Seoul on the 22nd.

Dana Spinant, Deputy Spokesperson of the EU Commission, announced this during a regular briefing held in Brussels, Belgium, on the 12th (local time).

Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, and Charles Michel, President of the European Council, are scheduled to visit Korea after attending the Group of Seven (G7) Summit held in Hiroshima, Japan.
