Strengthening the Creation of an Integrity-Based Public Service Culture
Commitment to the Integrity Obligations of Public Officials for Trusted Legislative Activities
Seocho District Council (Chairman Oh Se-cheol) conducted anti-corruption training on the 9th for council members and staff to foster an integrity-based public service culture.
This training was organized to implement transparent legislative activities in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Education Operation Guidelines for 2023 by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.
Yeon Gong-heum, director of the Future Integrity Education Institute, who led the training, explained the code of conduct to be observed in public service life under the theme "Seocho District Council Integrity Clinic," covering key contents such as the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and the Code of Conduct for Public Officials.
Chairman Oh Se-cheol said, "I hope this training will serve as an opportunity to spread a culture of integrity," adding, "We will do our best to become a council trusted by the residents through fair and transparent legislative activities."
