Hwasun-gun, Recruiting Promising Small and Medium Enterprises for Star Company Development

Until the 19th... Creating a Business-Friendly Environment with Customized Support Programs

Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 10th that it is recruiting Hwasun-gun star companies representing Hwasun-gun in 2023 until the 19th.

This project aims to discover promising small and medium-sized enterprises located in the region and nurture them into star companies representing Hwasun-gun by providing customized corporate support programs according to their growth stages.

The recruitment target is companies whose headquarters and business sites are currently located in Hwasun-gun. Companies that have been established for more than three years, and in the case of manufacturing, companies that have factory registration or plan to register within three months can apply online.

The recruitment announcement can be found on the Hwasun-gun website under ‘Notices’ or on the Jeonnam Technopark Foundation website under ‘Support Project Guide (Jeonnam Integrated Platform)’.

If selected as a Hwasun-gun star company, customized support will be provided, including ▲prototype production for discovering new items ▲information support such as website or ERP construction and ISO certification ▲intellectual property support such as patent applications and utility models ▲business support such as product packaging and design production.

Up to 20 million KRW will be supported per company.

A county official stated, “With soaring interest rates and unstable domestic and international situations, local companies are going through a more difficult time than ever before,” and added, “Through the star company nurturing project, we aim to provide customized support such as technology support and commercialization support programs to promising small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.”
