Gwangju Technopark is recruiting residents for the youth startup housing support facility 'Chang-eop Hayeo家'.
Applications are open until the 30th for young people aged 39 or under without housing, residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City, who are within 3 years of starting a business or prospective entrepreneurs, with a household monthly average income of 70% or less of the previous year's urban worker household income.
After receiving the application documents, a preliminary review and face-to-face evaluation will be conducted to decide the selection.
Director Kim Youngjip stated, “We will do our best to create conditions that allow young entrepreneurs to operate their businesses more comfortably and achieve rapid success through housing support.”
'Chang-eop Hayeo家' is a supply housing located in Yongbong-dong, Buk-gu, available for move-in this July. Currently, two units (55.17㎡ each) are being recruited, with a basic lease period of one year and a maximum of up to four years.
Residents who are (prospective) entrepreneurs at the facility will receive benefits such as free use of common facilities and linkage to Technopark startup support programs.
