May Spring Sales Stretch... Major Brand Complexes in Gwangmyeong and Others Prepare One After Another

The spring housing market is stretching its limbs. As popular complexes have emerged following the government's successive regulatory relaxations, construction companies that had been weighing the timing of supply are now preparing to launch sales one by one.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 3,268 households (including officetels, excluding public rental housing) will accept applications in eight locations nationwide during the second week of May. Large branded apartment complexes with over 1,000 households are successively opening for subscription, raising expectations for real demand.

In the metropolitan area, subscription applications will be accepted in five locations including ‘Gwangmyeong Xi The Sharp Forena’ (809 households) in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and ‘Siwha MTV Prugio The Ocean’ (400 households) in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do.
