11st announced on the 27th that it will operate a one-on-one in-depth consulting program for sellers lacking business know-how.

The visiting consulting program is one where 11st's professional instructors visit sellers and provide customized solutions free of charge. It targets small and medium sellers with cumulative sales of less than 10 million KRW over the past six months and offers exclusive one-on-one consulting tailored solely for the respective seller.


The consulting areas include four fields utilizing 11st Seller Analytics: ▲ sales analysis and management ▲ diagnosis of poor sales ▲ improvement of product detail pages ▲ keyword analysis. Consulting in two areas is conducted each month, providing customized consulting to a total of two sellers. 11st has also introduced a follow-up care process where sellers can engage in Q&A with professional instructors regarding their status and additional improvements, ensuring the consulting effects continue from a long-term perspective rather than being one-time.


An 11st official said, “The visiting consulting program is like private tutoring for e-commerce, leveraging the advantages of one-on-one guidance and offline on-site training to provide highly satisfactory solutions to participating sellers. We are confident in this.” He added, “We also plan to expand the consulting areas in the future to support sellers in acquiring differentiated competitiveness.”
