Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province conducted a training session on the use of the conversational generative artificial intelligence 'Chat GPT' for public officials on the 20th.
Chat GPT is an AI service based on a conversational language model that answers users' questions using data and information collected from a wide range of fields.
The AI chatbot autonomously learns from the aggregated information and generates results, automatically providing information on specific topics through sentences.
In the training, Lee Tae-hee, CEO of The Matrix, an AI solution development company and AI technology YouTuber, explained ▲ the concept and technology of Chat GPT ▲ application and efficiency improvement in work ▲ limitations and ethics ▲ and social issues.
Additionally, the session covered ways to integrate generative AI, including Chat GPT, into work processes, the societal changes and issues brought by AI, and included lectures on improving work methods and proper usage.
Starting with this training, Yongin City will hold a total of four sessions on the 26th of this month and the 1st, 3rd, and 8th of next month, featuring Han Sang-gi, CEO of Tech Frontier, an advanced technology-based policy consulting firm and author of 'Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence.'
A city official stated, "Enhancing work efficiency using the latest technology is one of the important tasks for public institutions," and emphasized, "Yongin City will conduct research to utilize Chat GPT technology in work to lead efficient administrative services and citizen-centered policy development."
