In the case of Dunsan-dong, a famous academy district with star instructors is concentrated, ranging from large comprehensive academies to specialized single-subject academies. There are over 200 academies in the Dunsan-dong area, and the price is about 43% higher than the average sale price in Daejeon.


Ok-dong in Ulsan is similar. It has a prestigious school district represented by Okseo Elementary, Ok-dong Elementary, and Gyeokdong Elementary, and is known as Ulsan’s largest academy district with about 200 academies concentrated. Likewise, Ok-dong leads the local market, with prices as of March this year at 14.21 million KRW per 3.3㎡, significantly exceeding Ulsan’s overall average of 9.63 million KRW and Nam-gu’s 12.23 million KRW, where Ok-dong is located.


Amid this, it was reported that 'Ok-dong Gyeongnam Honorsville ubc,' supplied by SM Samhwan Enterprise Co., Ltd., which boasts an excellent school district in Ok-dong, has successfully completed its first phase of sales and has entered the second phase.
