In the video, a threatening vehicle suddenly cuts in front of the writer A’s car while driving and then stops. The couple in A’s car, now stopped in the middle of the road, wonder, "What is this? Is it someone we know?" and "Is this a drunk driving vehicle?"

The driver of the front car then gets out and approaches A’s couple. The vehicle owner immediately threatens them by saying, "It looks like you’ve been drinking; I’m going to call the police."

In response, A’s couple replies, "We haven’t been drinking. It looks like you’ve been drinking; go ahead and call the police." The police arrived after a report was made, and the driver, A’s husband, was tested for alcohol but was found to have not consumed any.

When A asked the other driver to apologize for causing a dangerous situation, the driver said, "I won’t apologize. Handle it through insurance," and then left.

A explained, "After checking previous black box footage, the vehicle followed us from in front of a restaurant," adding, "My husband doesn’t drink at all; that day he only drank three bottles of cola. Whenever he drinks, he always drives his friends home."

She continued, "The man who blocked us seemed certain that all four people in our group had been drinking and followed us, causing a dangerous situation," and criticized, "Normally, if you suspect a drunk driver, shouldn’t you call the police before blocking the car? He didn’t seem like a law-abiding citizen with a strong sense of civic duty."

She added, "I reported reckless driving, cutting in without signaling, and crossing two lanes at once, but they said it’s hard to punish unless an accident happens," and asked, "Isn’t there a good way to scold people who try to make easy money?"

Netizens responded with various opinions such as, "Reporting should come before blocking a suspected drunk driver. This person is strange," "If he wasn’t drunk, shouldn’t he apologize and leave? That’s rude," and "It seems like a strange method, so be careful."
