Shinyoung announced on the 18th that its luxury residential brand 'BRIGHTEN' received the main award in the residential interior category at the prestigious iF Design Award 2023.

iF International Design GmbH, located in Hanover, Germany, is the longest-established independent design institution. Every year, it awards the iF Design Award to the best design achievements. Since its inception in 1953, it has been recognized globally as a highly credible design award.

Shinyoung became the first developer to be named in two categories at this award. In the residential interior category, 'BRIGHTEN N40' was selected, and in the showroom interior category, 'BRIGHTEN Hannam Gallery' was recognized.

BRIGHTEN N40 is a luxury residential complex supplied last year in Nonhyeon-dong, a traditional affluent neighborhood in Seoul. While maintaining the terrain and heritage of the area, it aims to provide a quiet and comfortable home in the city. The furniture was planned thoroughly centered on the residents, breaking away from uniform apartment designs.

BRIGHTEN Hannam Gallery is a gallery-type model house planned in 2021 to supply the high-end residence 'BRIGHTEN Hannam' in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The flow of the gallery-like tour inspired a luxurious lifestyle while allowing visitors to experience the brand philosophy.

Park Soyoung, head of Shinyoung’s product development team, said, "Winning in two categories simultaneously at the highly prestigious iF Design Award is recognition of Shinyoung’s efforts as a developer who has developed urban culture from a new perspective."

Meanwhile, 'BRIGHTEN' is Shinyoung’s luxury residential brand proposing a private lifestyle in the city. It carefully reflects not only the space but also the lives of those living in the space in its product planning. It is located in symbolic areas such as Hannam-dong in Yongsan, Nonhyeon-dong in Gangnam-gu, and Yeouido in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
