Earlier, on the 13th, Leader Kim dismissed Mayor Hong from his position as the party's standing advisor. Mayor Hong and Leader Kim have shown opposing stances regarding Pastor Jeon and Supreme Council member Kim Jae-won.

Mayor Hong has demanded clear action from the party leadership regarding Supreme Council member Kim, who has firmly drawn a line against Pastor Jeon and caused related controversies. Leader Kim dismissed this by saying, "Pastor Jeon is not a member of our party."
