The number of new daily COVID-19 cases increased by 11,682.

The number of new cases on this day rose by 436 compared to the previous day (11,246). It increased by 1,310 compared to a week ago on the 8th (10,372), and by 1,162 compared to two weeks ago on the 1st (10,520). From the 9th to this day, the daily new cases for one week were 9,540, 3,997, 12,437, 13,920, 12,013, 11,246, and 11,682, averaging 10,690 per day.
Among the new cases on this day, 25 were imported cases, and 11,657 were domestic community transmissions. As of midnight on this day, the number of critically ill patients hospitalized was 114, which is 13 fewer than the previous day. Two deaths were reported the previous day, which is 3 fewer than the day before. The cumulative number of deaths is 34,368, and the cumulative fatality rate is 0.11%.
