KH Construction Faces Delisting Due to Auditor's 'Disclaimer of Opinion'

The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced on the 6th that KH Construction disclosed in its audit report submission that the auditor's opinion on the financial statements for the 2022 fiscal year was a 'disclaimer of opinion' due to a scope limitation.

The Exchange stated, "This reason corresponds to a cause for delisting under Article 54 of the KOSDAQ Market Listing Regulations. In this regard, KH Construction may file an objection within 15 days from the date of receiving the delisting notification (by April 27). If no objection is filed, the delisting procedure will proceed."
