AI search platform startup ‘Liner’ announced on the 5th the launch of ‘Liner Chat,’ a hyper-personalized conversational search chatbot supporting a global record of 156 languages.
Liner is a startup providing content curation and AI-based search platform services. It has secured over 10 million users (MAU) across more than 160 countries worldwide.
‘Liner Chat’ is an advanced conversational search service developed from Liner’s AI search feature ‘Liner AI,’ which was launched last month. Liner Chat offers a personalized conversational search experience based on a large language model (LLM) and content collected and explored by users through Liner curation. Since it answers questions based on user-specific interests identified by recommendation algorithms, it is said to improve the issue of hallucination (false information) and deliver results most suitable to the user’s intent.
Liner Chat provides answers based on the latest information using GPT4 and verified content through the Liner database. This is the result of combining conversational services with over 16 billion words generated by the AI search platform ‘Liner AI.’ Liner Chat has built a lineup of chatbots with personas as subject matter experts and made Liner Chat available on Google Chrome, Naver, and the Liner mobile app.
Liner Chat automatically recognizes the input language and generates answers regardless of the language selected. The number of languages learned through Liner users reaches 156. More than 20 languages are provided at an advanced level of sophistication.
Jinwoo Kim, CEO of Liner, said, “We have been waiting for the search market to open, and with the advancement of AI technology, the opportunity has come. Our goal is to be among the top 5 worldwide fastest in language model services utilizing generative AI.”
