Samsung Electronics Launches 'B2B Customer Exclusive e-Store' in Germany... Expanding to 30 Countries

Cumulative Sales in February Double Compared to Same Period Last Year

Samsung Electronics announced on the 4th that it has newly launched the 'B2B Customer Exclusive e-Store' service in Germany and expanded the target countries to a total of 30 to facilitate product purchases for overseas small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners.


The Samsung B2B Customer Exclusive e-Store is a service within Samsung.com that proposes products and solutions suitable for small and medium-sized businesses and offers various purchasing benefits.


Samsung Electronics first launched the service in October 2021 in five countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, and T?rkiye, and expanded it to most European countries, Southeast Asia including Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore, as well as the Middle East including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, thereby expanding the service to 30 countries within one year and six months since its establishment.

This service diversifies payment options such as installment and invoice transactions, provides corporate-exclusive discounts and purchase amount-based discounts, and offers technical support tailored to the purchased products, receiving great responses from customers. The products sold cover most items sold by Samsung Electronics, ranging from TVs, monitors, air conditioners, and refrigerators to mobile products such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.


The Samsung B2B Customer Exclusive e-Store features advantages such as ▲being open rather than closed for better accessibility, ▲a simple process that allows direct online purchases without connecting to a representative, and ▲payment methods specialized for small and medium-sized enterprises.


Sales of the B2B Customer Exclusive e-Store have shown continuous growth and are performing well this year following last year. As of the end of February, the number of global subscribers nearly doubled compared to the end of February last year, and sales through this service in January and February also grew nearly twice compared to the same period last year.


Kang Shin-bong, Vice President and Head of the Global Marketing Office D2C (Direct to Consumer) Center at Samsung Electronics, said, "The potential for online B2B business growth worldwide is very high," adding, "We will strive to raise the competitiveness of the Samsung B2B Customer Exclusive e-Store to the B2C level to provide practical benefits to small business owners and expand the business."
