Busan Dongnae Office of Education, Promotional Campaign to Support Busan Hosting the World Expo

Busan Dongnae Office of Education conducted a promotional campaign to support Busan's bid for the 2030 World Expo.

On the 30th at 2 p.m., the Dongnae Office of Education held a promotional campaign to support Busan's bid for the 2030 World Expo around Dongnae Eupseong Ppurigil and Oncheoncheon, the office announced on the 31st.

About 30 staff members, including the superintendent, participated in the campaign, which was held alongside the 'Dongnae Integrity Plogging' event.

Officials from the Busan Dongnae Office of Education are conducting a promotional campaign to support Busan's bid to host the World Expo.

Employees of the Dongnae Office of Education walked along Dongnae Eupseong Ppurigil and Oncheoncheon, cultural and tourist attractions in Dongnae-gu, picking up trash (integrity plogging), holding signs promoting the Expo bid, and chanting slogans as part of various promotional activities.

In addition to this campaign, the Dongnae Office of Education is actively participating in city education office-led Expo support programs such as attaching Expo Busan bid promotional stickers on official and staff vehicles and using phone call announcement messages promoting the Expo bid.

Lee Su-geum, Superintendent of the Dongnae Office of Education, said, “All staff members are united in their efforts to support Busan's bid for the 2030 World Expo,” adding, “We will continue to promote various events to raise the Expo bid awareness among local residents after this campaign.”
