GS Construction to Supply 1,806 Households in Huigyeong 3 District within Imun-Huigyeong Redevelopment Promotion Zone
700 Units for General Sale with Exclusive Areas of 39~84㎡
Dongdaemun-gu (District Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) announced on March 24 that it has approved the resident recruitment announcement for ‘Huigyeong Xi Decencia,’ which will be built in Huigyeong 3 District within the Imun-Huigyeong Redevelopment Promotion Zone.
Since Huigyeong 3 District was designated as a redevelopment promotion zone in 2008, it has undergone project implementation plan approval in 2017, management disposition plan approval in 2019, and construction started in April 2022. With the approval of the resident recruitment announcement in March, the general sale will now proceed.
The complex consists of 14 buildings with 35 floors each, totaling 1,806 households, of which 700 units with exclusive areas of 39~84㎡ will be supplied for general sale. By exclusive area, there are ▲19 units of 39㎡ ▲607 units of 59㎡ ▲74 units of 84㎡. The comprehensive social welfare center, created through donation and leaseback adjacent to the complex, will include facilities such as a swimming pool and education and cultural amenities.
Lee Pil-hyung, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, said, “The Imun-Huigyeong Redevelopment Promotion Zone is a key project that represents the change and future of Dongdaemun-gu along with the development of the Cheongnyangni Station area. We will gradually improve the existing deteriorated residential environment and develop Dongdaemun-gu in a balanced way.”
Huigyeong Xi Decencia (Huigyeong 3 District) is scheduled to complete construction in June 2025.
