Kim Ki-hyun, who became the new leader of the People Power Party in March this year, reported assets worth 7.4 billion KRW. This represents an increase of about 300 million KRW compared to last year.

According to the regular asset change report disclosed on the 31st by the National Assembly Public Officials Ethics Committee, Kim reported an increase of 293.61 million KRW, from the previously declared 7.18596 billion KRW to 7.47957 billion KRW this year.

Kim reported a total land holding value of 226.74 million KRW, including forest land located in Eonyang-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan City. The value of buildings he owns, including commercial buildings and apartments in Nam-gu, Ulsan City, accounted for the largest portion at 7.92418 billion KRW. Due to an increase in loans, his debt rose from 790 million KRW to 1.06736 billion KRW.

Joo Ho-young, the floor leader, reported assets worth 4.18661 billion KRW this year, an increase of 113.66 million KRW from the previously declared 4.07295 billion KRW.

Joo reported owning real estate worth a total of 4.35892 billion KRW, including the Banpo Apartments in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The apartment in Banpo-dong is currently undergoing reconstruction.
