Industry insiders expect a significant shift in the startup landscape this year as the endemic era fully begins with the lifting of indoor mask mandates. Additionally, it is analyzed that the importance of partner companies controlling the details of store operations?such as kiosks, POS, packaging, equipment, interior design, ordering systems, security, and logistics?will increase. In response, this year’s expo has set up Hall D entirely as a special retail pavilion for the first time to enhance visitor convenience. The retail pavilion features booths from various partner industries for prospective entrepreneurs, including KT (comprehensive solutions), Enterpack (packaging), VD Company (robots), ServingGo (robots), and Cash Note (management).

Meanwhile, the special startup seminar held over three days in Hall D is also a highlight. The Baedal Minjok track features an impressive lineup including Song Gil-young, Vice President of Vibe Company and a big data authority; singer Tae, who transformed into a franchisee; economic commentator Jung Cheol-jin; and Professor Kim Kyung-il from the Department of Psychology at Ajou University, making it the most spectacular lineup ever.
