[2023 Housing Culture] Daewoo Construction Launches 2,180-Unit Large Complex Indeogwon Purseubiel

The Daewoo Construction consortium (Daewoo Construction, GS Construction, Lotte Construction) will launch sales of 'Indeokwon Purseubiel' in Naeson-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi Province in April.

The complex will consist of 14 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,180 households and exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡. Among them, 586 units will be available for general sale, featuring a variety of unit sizes from small units under 59㎡ for young couples and 1-2 person households to medium-sized units of 74 and 84㎡.

This location is a one-stop school district within walking distance to elementary, middle, and high schools such as Naeson Elementary, Naedong Elementary, Baegun Middle, and Baegun High School. It is also near various educational facilities including Pyeongchon Academy District, known as the largest academy district in Gyeonggi Province, and Beolmal Library.

The complex offers a pleasant natural environment and convenient living infrastructure. Hakui Stream is located in front of the complex, with waterside facilities such as Hakui Stream Citizen's Rest Area and walking trails. Poil Park and Naeson Sports Park are also nearby, providing residents with spaces for rest and leisure activities. Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, E-Mart, NewCore Outlet, and Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital are also close by.

Transportation conditions are excellent. Indeokwon Station on Line 4 is located 1.4 km away, and the metropolitan area’s first ring expressway and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway provide good access to Seoul Gangnam, Gwacheon, and other metropolitan areas.

In line with the brand’s large-scale complex, differentiated specialized designs will be applied. First, it will be designed as a park-type complex with wide green spaces and various themed landscaping areas. The 'Grand Vista' will be created as a visual corridor space of about 6,600㎡ (approximately 2,000 pyeong) from the main entrance to the park, featuring water and rest facilities. Additionally, the Eightsential Garden, a plaza-centered garden harmonized with trees, is planned.
