Denby Launches Stoneware Collection 'Kiln'

Denby, a British premium tableware brand with a 200-year tradition, announced on the 29th that it will launch a new product line called KILN.

KILN is a stoneware product inspired by nature, featuring an unstructured organic shape. The colors consist of calm white and beige-toned neutral shades, enhanced by Denby’s unique glaze effect to create a comfortable gray tone, helping to present a warm and cozy table setting unique to KILN. Made from high-quality clay from Derbyshire, England, it also boasts sturdy durability. From production to packaging, everything is done locally in the UK, crafted by skilled artisans using handmade techniques.

Denby will open a pop-up store called KILN MOMENT at the cafe T-House Jeolgi near Seonjeongneung Station in Seoul from the 30th of this month to the 2nd of next month, where visitors can see and experience KILN firsthand. KILN MOMENT is designed as a space where modern people, tired from their busy daily lives, can feel “rest,” which is the brand concept of KILN. Visits and all programs operate by advance reservation and can be booked through Naver. Upon reservation, visitors can enjoy the KILN MOMENT Tea Time, where healing tea and desserts are served on KILN mugs and plates. KILN MOMENT is a space for a limited number of people to enjoy a quiet rest, accepting up to five groups per hour (1?2 people per group).

Additionally, there will be a Ritual Beauty Class in collaboration with the eco-friendly beauty brand TON28, where participants can create a personalized healing body oil and learn gua sha therapy techniques, as well as a KILN Bonsai Class, where participants plant bonsai in KILN tableware to create their own special piece. All reservation customers visiting KILN MOMENT will receive an organic dishwashing bar from TON28, and product purchases will come with a 20?30% discount and special gifts.
