The ‘DOVE’s Campaign’ is a compound word of ‘Employee Participation (DO LOVE)’ and ‘Sustainable,’ and it is operated with donations collected through the participation of Kumho Construction employees. Kumho Construction employees have steadily accumulated donations through activities such as collecting spare change from salaries, purchasing agricultural products from one company and one village, and flea markets. The accumulated donations will be used for the ‘DOVE’s Campaign’ going forward.

The ‘DOVE’s Campaign’ is divided into regular sponsorships supporting vulnerable children and one-time sponsorships providing disaster relief funds. Regular sponsorship recipients are selected through voting that actively reflects employees’ opinions. For one-time sponsorships, any employee can apply for support at any time if there is a place they wish to assist related to disaster occurrences.

The first initiative of the ‘DOVE’s Campaign’ was emergency relief support for the T?rkiye-Syria earthquake (one-time sponsorship) and support for children suffering from food insecurity (regular sponsorship). On the 24th, Kumho Construction donated 10 million KRW in emergency relief funds for the T?rkiye-Syria earthquake to World Vision. Then, on the 28th, five children suffering from food insecurity were selected, and Kumho Construction President Seo Jae-hwan and employees participated together to deliver 10 million KRW in sponsorship funds to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation. This support for children suffering from food insecurity is planned to continue regularly for five years.

A Kumho Construction official stated, “We plan to operate social contribution activities that actively reflect employees’ opinions based on the accumulated donations created by the warm hearts of all employees,” adding, “We will continue the ‘DOVE’s Campaign’ to create a happy tomorrow for everyone in line with ESG management.”
