hy announced on the 29th that it will launch a low-sugar probiotic beverage called 'CareOn DangBalance.'
The new product was developed in collaboration with the diabetes management platform company 'Doctor Diary.' It is a low-sugar product that reduces sugar content by 79% compared to hy's regular products. The sugar content is 1.5g per 100ml, meeting the low-sugar labeling standards set by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
DangBalance is a functional general food product. It features a low-sugar formulation using the alternative sugar 'Allulose.' It also contains 11,200mg of the functional ingredient 'Indigestible Maltodextrin,' a soluble dietary fiber known to help suppress postprandial blood sugar spikes and promote smooth bowel movements. Additionally, it includes 10 billion CFU of probiotics, including the patented probiotic HY2782. The product comes in a medium size of 280ml, suitable for portioned consumption when managing diet and sugar intake.
