Lotte Construction Offers 40% Discount at Lotte World for Private Rental Housing Residents

Agreement to Promote Private Rental Housing Services with Lotte World

On the 29th, Lotte Construction announced that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Lotte World on the 22nd at its headquarters in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, to revitalize residential services for private rental housing.

The Lotte World partnership discount service through this agreement will be provided to residents (including one companion) living in private rental housing constructed by Lotte Construction. The service period will be maintained from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024 (one year), and the service can be accessed through the exclusive website or app of Lotte Construction’s asset management service brand, Elyes.

Discount rates will vary monthly based on seasonal consultations between the two companies. For the month of April, residents of Lotte Construction’s private rental housing can enjoy a 40% discount on Lotte World Adventure (Jamsil) comprehensive tickets, a 25% discount on Lotte World Adventure (Busan) comprehensive tickets, a 35% discount on Lotte World Aquarium admission tickets, and a 25% discount on Seoul Sky Observatory admission tickets. Annual passes for Lotte World Adventure (Jamsil) can only be purchased offline. After verifying Elyes resident status at the on-site ticket booth, tickets can be purchased at a 22% discounted price.

Last year, through an agreement with Lotte Mart, residents were provided with cultural center lectures including culture, leisure, education, and experience events. Additionally, through a partnership with the laundry specialist company Top Cleaning Up, unmanned laundry lockers were installed to offer a contactless service for dropping off and picking up laundry.

Meanwhile, Lotte Construction currently holds the largest number of public-supported private rental housing sites with 14 locations, and plans to supply five new complexes, promoting a total of approximately 10,000 private rental housing units.

A Lotte Construction official stated, “Lotte Construction is leading a new residential culture by combining various residential services with private rental housing,” adding, “We will continue to diversify residential service content through affiliate agreements and partnerships with specialized companies to improve the quality of life for residents.”
