The morning low temperatures on the 29th are expected to range from -1°C to 9°C. The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be between 15°C and 22°C. Morning temperatures will drop to around 0°C mainly in the central inland areas, while daytime temperatures will reach around 20°C in most regions. A temperature difference of more than 20°C is expected mainly in the inland areas. The expected low and high temperatures for major cities are Seoul 5°C and 20°C, Incheon 5°C and 15°C, Daejeon 2°C and 22°C, Gwangju 5°C and 22°C, Daegu 6°C and 21°C, Ulsan 6°C and 18°C, and Busan 9°C and 19°C.

From the night of the 28th through the morning of the 29th, dense fog is expected mainly along the western coasts of Chungnam and Jeolla. Fog reducing visibility to less than 1 km will occur along the western coast and inland areas of Gyeonggi.

Some parts of the central and southern regions are expected to experience high levels of fine dust. The National Institute of Environmental Research forecasts that fine dust levels on the 29th will be 'bad' in Chungcheong, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk, and 'moderate' in other areas. In the morning, the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Yeongseo will also see 'bad' fine dust levels. At night, fine dust levels in Busan, Daegu, and Ulsan will reach 'bad' levels.

The Seoul metropolitan area, inland Gangwon, parts of Chungcheong, Jeonnam, and southern inland Gyeongbuk are currently under dry weather advisories due to very dry air. Other regions are also dry, making large fires likely, so extra caution is advised during outdoor activities.
