Establishment of Qx Prime Exclusive Zone... Expansion of Fast Delivery

Tmon announced on the 28th that it will create a dedicated section for the integrated fulfillment service 'QxPrime' in collaboration with its logistics affiliate Qxpress and significantly strengthen marketing support for subscribing sellers.

The newly launched 'QxPrime' dedicated section guarantees fast delivery as a basic feature. Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day and can be received the next day. The plan is to expand this service focusing on product categories with high order volumes such as fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. To enhance customer trust, a 'Responsibility Compensation System' will also be operated until next month. If a product ordered before 2 PM is not received the next day, a credit of 1,000 KRW will be provided per delayed delivery.

Tmon plans to provide marketing support to help products from QxPrime subscribing sellers reach more customers, centered around the dedicated section. They will significantly increase exposure of planned events and products using key core banners within Tmon, while also supporting external marketing such as portal search ads and SNS. They also aim to secure price competitiveness of products within planned events by applying major special discount benefits.
