The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 26th that it has established and will implement the '2023 Government Organization Management Guidelines,' which include measures for 'government organization management to realize an agile and flexible government.'

This guideline focuses on supporting the realization of an 'agile and flexible government' that quickly responds to rapidly changing administrative environments and effectively solves problems.

The specific contents of the guideline include ▲efficient management of government organizations through systematic organizational diagnosis ▲expanding the autonomy of ministries for agile and flexible organizational operation ▲improving committees and private consignment systems for trusted and transparent organizational operation.

Jeong Seon-yong, Director of Government Innovation and Organization at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, stated, “Last year, we conducted a government-wide organizational diagnosis and introduced an integrated utilization quota system to lay the foundation for efficient government operation,” adding, “This year, we will become a more agile and flexible government through efficient organization management and expanded autonomy.”
