Ulleung-gun, Gyeongbuk, conducted kindness and safety training for tourism workers from the 23rd to the 24th in preparation for the full-fledged tourist season.
This training, led by a professional instructor, included kindness and hospitality service education, initial response methods for quickly handling unexpected emergency situations involving tourists, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), fire safety, and fire incident response training.
Ulleung County invited professional instructors to provide kindness and safety training for workers at tourist sites.
The county will continue to provide training for tourism workers and ensure thorough facility inspections to guarantee the safety of tourists.
Nam Han-kwon, the county governor, said, “We ask for special care and detailed guidance so that tourists visiting Ulleungdo do not experience any inconvenience,” adding, “We hope everyone fulfills their duties to make Ulleung clean and friendly.”
