GS Construction Reappoints Chairman Heo Chang-soo as Inside Director

GS Engineering & Construction reappointed Chairman Heo Chang-soo as an inside director and Senior Advisor Heo Jin-soo of GS Caltex as a non-executive director at this year's shareholders' meeting.

GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 24th that it held the 54th regular shareholders' meeting at Grand Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and passed these agenda items.

In his greeting, Lim Byung-yong, Vice Chairman and CEO of GS Engineering & Construction, said, "This year, we will strengthen our core businesses and boldly expand and advance investments in key new businesses," adding, "We will thoroughly respond to social responsibilities in the ESG field and establish a response system for changes by reorganizing the fair trade compliance operation system."

At the meeting, the approval of financial statements and consolidated financial statements, approval of the directors' remuneration limit, and a proposal to pay a cash dividend of 1,300 KRW per share were passed.
