'Support for Strengthening Market Access Capabilities of Women Entrepreneurs' Project

The Korea Federation of Women Entrepreneurs announced on the 24th that it held a product evaluation meeting to finalize the selection of companies participating in the '2023 Women-Owned Business Market Expansion Capacity Building Support' project. This project aims to discover excellent women-owned business products and support the establishment of popular brands and market expansion.
At the evaluation meeting held at the federation's headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, the Korea Federation of Women Entrepreneurs plans to support broadcasting fees for public home shopping entry for 10 selected women-owned businesses and provide SNS advertising video production costs for 20 companies.
In the recruitment announcement for project participation, 109 women-owned businesses applied for support in the public home shopping entry sector, and 168 applied for support in the SNS advertising video production sector.
Since 2017, through this project, the federation has supported the entry of women-owned business products into home shopping, achieving cumulative sales of 16.8 billion KRW over the past six years. Since 2020, it has also helped promote products of 49 women-owned businesses by supporting SNS advertising video production costs.
Lee Jeong-han, president of the Korea Federation of Women Entrepreneurs, stated, "We plan to continuously introduce promising women-owned business products and support market expansion and successful marketing for women-owned businesses."
