Kim Yong-min: "Han Dong-hoon, I will hold you accountable for dismissing the 'Complete Prosecution Reform Act'"

"His Excellency's Matter Is Too Obvious"
"Handonghun's Malicious Political Game"

On the 23rd, the Constitutional Court dismissed the so-called 'Prosecution Complete Abolition Act' jurisdiction dispute trial requested by the Ministry of Justice, prompting Kim Yong-min, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, to raise his voice, saying, "I will hold Minister of Justice Han Dong-hoon accountable."

On the same day, Representative Kim stated on his social media service (SNS), "I will hold Han Dong-hoon responsible for filing a jurisdiction dispute over such an obvious matter," adding, "If even law students know this common sense and the minister did not, it is the worst incompetence. It was a very malicious political game."

On that day, the Constitutional Court concluded in the jurisdiction dispute trial filed by the People Power Party against the Prosecution Complete Abolition Act promoted by the Democratic Party that "although the deliberation and voting rights of members of the National Assembly were infringed, it is not invalid." The Ministry of Justice also filed a jurisdiction dispute trial, claiming that the prosecution's investigation and prosecution rights were infringed by the Prosecution Complete Abolition Act, but the Constitutional Court dismissed it, stating, "The prosecution's investigation and prosecution rights are not based on the Constitution."
