Jeju-do Disabled Sports Association Holds Staff Capacity Building Workshop

The Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Disabled Sports Association (President Oh Young-hoon) announced on the 23rd that it held a staff job competency enhancement workshop at Kumho Resort from the 23rd to the 24th to cultivate employees' work abilities and devise measures for the development of disabled sports.

The executive vice president and staff began with presentations on major tasks related to disabled sports, followed by lectures aimed at improving administrative work capabilities in disabled sports, including administrative practical training, sports human rights education, disability awareness improvement education, and sexual harassment and sexual violence prevention education.

On the following day, they walked along Olle Trail while carrying out the global disability awareness campaign ‘WithTheFifteen (#WeThe51) Campaign’ and created a space for harmony among employees.
