Gwangju Bank announced on the 23rd that it has signed a 'Special Guarantee Agreement for Small Business Owners' with the Seo-gu Office of Gwangju Metropolitan City and the Gwangju Credit Guarantee Foundation.
Under this agreement, Gwangju Bank plans to introduce a 'Special Guarantee Loan for Small Business Owners' worth a total of 3.6 billion KRW to support small business owners located in Seo-gu who are struggling due to the economic downturn.
The loan will be available to small business owners within Seo-gu, with a maximum loan amount of up to 20 million KRW per business. The loan period is up to 5 years, and an interest rate of 2% will be applied.
A representative from Gwangju Bank stated, “As the region's leading bank, we will continue to prepare various financial support measures for local residents and strive for mutual growth and development with the community.”
