[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] Kolon Global announced on the 22nd that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee of 268 billion KRW to Intention Development.
This amount corresponds to 43.69% of its equity capital. The debt guarantee period is until March 21, 2024.
This debt guarantee is disclosed in relation to the construction company’s fund supplementation and debt assumption in case of non-fulfillment for the Daejeon Seonhwa-dong 3rd phase mixed-use residential and commercial development project.
