'Nine One Hannam' and 2nd to 4th Places from Hannam-dong
Busan's 'LCT' the Only Local Entry in Top 10
The Penthouse Cheongdam (PH129) in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, has been named the most expensive apartment in terms of official assessed price nationwide for three consecutive years. LCT in Jung-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, was the only property outside the capital region to rank within the top 10 for official assessed prices.
According to the '2023 Official Apartment Price Announcement' released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 22nd, the official assessed price of The Penthouse Cheongdam with an exclusive area of 407.71㎡ is 16.24 billion KRW this year, making it the most expensive apartment nationwide. However, this is 650 million KRW lower than last year's price of 16.89 billion KRW.
The Penthouse Cheongdam is a luxury apartment completed in 2020, consisting of 29 households from basement level 6 to ground level 20. It is famous as the residence (exclusive area 211.94㎡) of the actor couple Jang Dong-gun and Go So-young.
Nine One Hannam in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, with an exclusive area of 244.72㎡, ranked second with an official assessed price of 9.74 billion KRW. The official price increased by about 600 million KRW compared to last year. Nine One Hannam, built on the site of the Hannam Foreigners’ Apartment, was completed in June 2019.
The apartments ranked third and fourth in official assessed price also came from Hannam-dong. The rankings switched places, with Hannam The Hill (exclusive area 244.75㎡) at 8.837 billion KRW taking third place, and Parc Hannam (exclusive area 268.95㎡) at 8.209 billion KRW ranking fourth.
The only townhouse among the top 10 complexes, Traumhaus 5 in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, with an exclusive area of 273.64㎡, recorded an official assessed price of 7.711 billion KRW, dropping from fifth place last year to sixth this year. Instead, Acro Seoul Forest in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, with an exclusive area of 273.93㎡, rose one rank to fifth place with 8.193 billion KRW.
Other expensive official assessed prices were recorded in the following order: LCT exclusive area 244.62㎡ at 6.827 billion KRW; Hyosung Villa Cheongdam 101 (Phase 2) in Cheongdam-dong exclusive area 252.18㎡ at 6.803 billion KRW; Sangji Ritzville Kyleum in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu exclusive area 214.95㎡ at 6.781 billion KRW; and Mark Hills West Wing in Cheongdam-dong exclusive area 273.84㎡ at 6.655 billion KRW.
