Transition to a Co-CEO System
SPC Group has appointed lawyer Kang Sun-hee, a former judge, as its CEO.

According to SPC Group on the 21st, CEO Kang will serve as a co-CEO alongside CEO Hwang Jae-bok.
CEO Kang graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in law and passed the 30th Judicial Examination. She worked as a judge at the Daegu District Court and Seoul District Court, and served as an administrative officer at the Blue House during the Roh Moo-hyun administration.
In 2004, she worked at SK, and this year, she practiced as a lawyer at the law firm Gwangjang.
