Damul Multimedia announced on the 21st that its largest shareholder has changed to Ghost Robotics Technology.
The former largest shareholder of Damul Multimedia, Beno Holdings and one other person, signed a contract on January 30th to transfer 3 million shares at 10,000 KRW per share, totaling 30 billion KRW, to Ghost Robotics Technology and two others. The original payment deadline was the 22nd, but the payment was made a day earlier, resulting in the change of the largest shareholder.
Previously, Ghost Robotics Technology had paid for a third-party allotment capital increase of Damul Multimedia worth 20 billion KRW on the 16th and held a total of 5,463,040 shares. With this final payment, Ghost Robotics Technology has become the single largest shareholder of Damul Multimedia, holding a total of 6,265,040 shares (21.45%).
