Busan Bank, Children's Art Contest Wishing for the Hosting of Expo 2030 Busan

BNK Busan Bank will hold the "3rd Dongbaek Children's Art Contest" at Dasom Square in Busan Citizens Park on the 15th to support the bid for the 2030 Busan World Expo.

This contest will be conducted under three themes?Expo, Spring, and Green Park?to raise awareness among children about the importance of local culture and the environment. It will be divided into two categories: lower grades (1st to 3rd grade) and upper grades (4th to 6th grade).

The total prize money, including awards, amounts to 10 million KRW, with plans to award 134 children. The grand prize winners in each category will receive the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Award and a cash prize of 500,000 KRW.

The application period for the contest is from the 21st to the 27th, and 500 participants will be selected by lottery. The results will be announced at 5 p.m. on the 29th. Detailed application guidelines and procedures can be found on the BNK Financial Group Hope Sharing Foundation website.

The Busan Facilities Corporation and Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation will also participate in this art contest, offering cultural performances and diverse cultural experience events that all citizens can enjoy.
