The sale cost of Magok District Complex 9 in Gangseo-gu, supplied by Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation), was revealed to be 12.91 million KRW per 3.3㎡ (1 pyeong).


On the 21st, SH Corporation disclosed the sale cost of Complex 9 in the Magok Urban Development Project District. The sale cost of Complex 9 is 12.913 million KRW per 3.3㎡, and the sale price is 19.368 million KRW. The total sale profit, which is the sale price minus the sale cost, amounts to 192.602 billion KRW, with a profit rate of 33.3%. This profit rate is higher than that of Complexes 8 and 14 in Magok District, which were disclosed last year. The sale cost for Complex 8 was 13.04 million KRW per 3.3㎡, and for Complex 14 it was 11.22 million KRW, with profit rates of 17.1% and 5.1%, respectively.


Magok District Complex 9 was sold in February 2020. It features office buildings on the outskirts, providing excellent access to commercial centers, and is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to Sinbanghwa Station on Line 9 and Magok Station on Line 5, making public transportation usage easy. Although it is a mixed complex of sale and rental housing, the proportion of sale housing is high. Unlike Godeok Gangil District, which mainly offered small to medium-sized units, Complex 9 was constructed mainly with exclusive 84㎡ units, creating a family-oriented residential complex.


Similar to Godeok Gangil District, which was disclosed last November, Magok District Complex 9's details are organized and disclosed in 71 categories, and the completion report is also available. The design, contract details, and usage of sale profits for each complex are published on the SH Corporation website.


Kim Heon-dong, President of SH Corporation, stated, "The disclosure of sale costs will continue this year as well," adding, "We will continue transparent management through asset disclosure, cost disclosure, and project result disclosure to stabilize the housing market."
