'Working in Jeju for a Month'... This Company Supports Employees' 'Working Holiday' Program

The McDonald's Working Holiday is a program that supports employees to work at McDonald's stores in new regions and gain diverse experiences. Starting with Jeju Island, the program plans to expand to various domestic and international locations, providing store employees with unique experiences and opportunities for growth as field experts.

A total of 12 people will be selected to have the opportunity to work at McDonald's stores in Jeju Island for about five weeks starting in July. McDonald's will provide selected participants with round-trip airfare for the working holiday period, accommodation near the workplace, and activity expenses. Additionally, a Jeju Working Holiday commemorative gift set consisting of a backpack, commemorative T-shirt, hat, and gimbal will be given. Wages based on working hours will be applied according to the existing standards.

Anyone who joined before January 10 of this year, has worked for more than six months, and is a McDonald's crew member (part-time employee) aged 19 or older is eligible to apply. Applicants must submit an application form along with a self-introduction video to the designated email by the 30th of next month. After document screening, interviews, and orientation, the final selection will be made in July.
