A man in his 30s was arrested by the police for driving under the influence and crashing into a median strip.
The Seodaemun Police Station in Seoul announced on the 18th that Mr. A was booked on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act.
Mr. A is accused of driving under the influence near Yonsei University in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, around 7:30 a.m. that day and crashing into the median strip on the street in front of the Seodaemun Post Office.
Police investigation revealed that Mr. A's blood alcohol concentration was above the license cancellation level (0.08%).
The police plan to summon Mr. A for a detailed investigation of the incident.
