Brand Town Center 'Forena Pyeongtaek Hwayang' First-Come, First-Served Sale

Chopuma, Large-Scale Brand Complex, First Mid-to-Large Units in Huayang District... Forena Pyeongtaek Huayang Attracts Attention

As the area around Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province emerges as a key hub for future residential and industrial development in the southern Gyeonggi region, the sale of well-known brand apartment complexes is actively underway.


In particular, Pyeongtaek Hwayang District, currently being developed as the largest private-led urban development project in South Korea, spans approximately 2.79 million square meters?comparable in size to Yeouido?and will accommodate around 20,000 households and 50,000 residents. With well-known brand complexes being supplied one after another, demand continues to grow. Generally, so-called “brand towns,” where well-known brand apartments cluster within the same area, tend to create an image of affluent neighborhoods within the region.


Meanwhile, Hanwha Construction Division is currently offering “Forena Pyeongtaek Hwayang” on a first-come, first-served basis at 7-2BL, considered a prime location within Pyeongtaek Hwayang District.


This complex is being developed as a “Chopuma” (safe walking distance to elementary school) community, as the planned elementary school site is directly adjacent to the complex, enabling safe walking commutes for children. Additionally, the only general commercial land block in Pyeongtaek Hwayang District is planned right next to the complex, and a road connecting to Anjung Station on the Seohae Line, scheduled to open in 2024, will also be completed nearby, making this location highly favorable within the district. Furthermore, Forena Pyeongtaek Hwayang will be the first in the district to include some large-sized units exceeding 85㎡, which is expected to further enhance the value of the complex.


A sales representative stated, “Among the Pyeongtaek Hwayang District, which is forming a brand town, the locational advantages of ‘Forena Pyeongtaek Hwayang,’ which offers excellent living conditions, will stand out. In particular, this complex is the first large-scale ‘Forena’ brand development in Pyeongtaek Hwayang District, featuring large-sized units, which will elevate the residential quality to a new level. We expect it to become one of the leading residential complexes in the area in terms of market price after move-in.”

This complex, which is conducting first-come, first-served unit designation contracts, does not require a subscription savings account, and anyone can immediately sign a contract regardless of their place of residence, with no obligation for actual residence, thus imposing no particular restrictions. In addition, financial benefits such as interest-free interim payments and a fixed first deposit will be provided to reduce the financial burden on buyers.


Forena Pyeongtaek Hwayang will consist of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 995 units sized between 74 and 99㎡.
